RapcoHorizon Standard Cables and Snakes (Players Series / Concert Series / Studio Series) are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for the lifetime of the original owner. This limited warranty covers the RapcoHorizon cable and component parts. If any such defects are discovered, your cable assembly will be repaired or replaced at our option. (Apparel is not covered under this warranty)

This warranty is void if any defects are caused by mishandling, negligence or damage (not resulting from defect or malfunction), or if any repairs or services have been carried out by other than Act.

Limited 1 Year
Warranty

RapcoHorizon Custom Products, Devices Boxes, and Bulk Products are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for 1 Year to the original owner. This limited warranty covers the RapcoHorizon cable and component parts. If any such defects are discovered, your RapcoHorizon Product will be repaired or replaced at our option.

This warranty is void if any defects are caused by mishandling, negligence or damage (not resulting from defect or malfunction), or if any repairs or services have been carried out by other than Act.

These warranties give you specific legal rights. You may have other rights, which may vary from state to state.

If service should be necessary, your RapcoHorizon product should be well packed in a sturdy container and returned prepaid to:

Additional Warranty Info

For any product using a customer proprietary private label, or design for an OEM product to be built at any Act facility, the Act direct customer assumes all warranty responsibilities for the product to their end user. Act will support its warranty as prescribed by product, to the direct Act customer.

If a direct Act customer wishes to supply an Act to their end user, they must provide the warranty verbatim, by product type with no alterations.
