The design and engineering team at the wire extrusion facility in Leominster Mass. Designs and manufactures wire and cable for superior performance for nearly every application including audio, video, data, and some power applications as well. They have been the pioneer in many designs currently used in unique applications like the lake at Bellagio in Las Vegas.

The Data Division, Major Custom Cable, is a manufacturer of assemblies for the data and telcomm markets. Cat5, Cat5e, and Cat6, are just a few of the copper cables produced for the data industries. MCC has an extensive fiber optic cable production capacity which they test fully and document each cable produced to ensure it meets the exacting specifications required. Offering single mode, duplex, and multi fiber construction, Major Custom Cable offers a complete Data interconnect solution.

The assembly plant at Acuna Mexico, NAFTA offers low cost manufacturing and assembly for any product range offered through all of the RapcoHorizon companies. With a labor force of over 200 employees, NAFTA has a highly skilled worker force, and sufficient capacity to produce tens of thousands of assemblies every week. NAFTA is currently providing products to many OEM customer reaching across many different industries.

We feel you will be extremely pleased with the quality and overall satisfaction we build into every product we produce.  We don't just stop at quality though.  In an effort to be more green we pioneered in Lead and Cadmium free production of wire and cable, and were early adobters of California's proposition 65, Rohs.  All assemblies are manufactured by hand and fully tested to ensure you are receiving the finest cable available anywhere.
